Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Field Sales Manager to oversee and enhance retail sales operations in the Maldives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant sales team, drive market growth, and develop innovative retail strategies in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Responsibilities : Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage and lead a team of retail sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across retail outlets. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure adherence to brand standards and sales objectives. Provide training and support to the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results. Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail environment. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in the Maldives retail market or similar markets is advantageous. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
