Responsibilities : Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage and lead a team of retail sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across retail outlets. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure adherence to brand standards and sales objectives. Provide training and support to the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
