Buyer Rietfontein (Pretoria Moot) Salary: Market related depending on experience NO JOB HOPPERS A well-established and reputable company in the wholesale / retail packaging industry is seeking to appoint a Buyer at their Branch located in Rietfontein.
Seeking a candidate that has experience in the packaging/plastics/retail industry Age: 25- 40 years Requirements Matric with mathematical subjects Computer literate Excel Professional, presentable appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Must be able to multitask and function under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Responsible and reliable Valid license and transport Duties include, but are not limited to: The Buyer will form an integral part of the Procurement function in the Company.
Placing Orders.
Manage Levels Price negotiations.
Sourcing quality suppliers and products.
Identifying / sourcing of stock items.
Follow-up with suppliers concerning deliveries / special orders.
Assist Sales Department with special stock inquiries.
