Retail Allocator

Job Purpose The purpose of the Retail Allocator role is to ensure the optimal levels of stock allocation across stores to meet customer demand and sales budgets. Key Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Retail Clothing experience 1-2 years Allocating experience Duties include: Strategic allocation of stock through analysing and tracking daily sales Update the orders for expected deliveries Track outstanding orders with suppliers and stores Mid-month & month end reports Replenishment of stock at the right time and right store Update the planner and follow up with suppliers Allocate new stock and update the new stores sheet Place orders for launch products and follow up until delivered Analysing out-of-stock reports from stores and placing orders where required Create ranks and grade stores accordingly Allocations to stores according to selloffs Analyse top and bottom-performers weekly Process manual orders by analysing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment models Analyse stock on hand of stores in the same region
