Responsibilities
The Retail Advisor's primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring an efficient and seamless shopping experience that supports the overall success of the store.
Customer Engagement:

Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sales and Service Excellence:

Manage the point-of-sale (POS) process efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions.
Handle customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
Offer additional services such as returns handling and after-sales support.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising:

Stay updated on product information, including features and benefits, to provide accurate advice.
Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store layout.
Ensure the store is always well-stocked, with all items priced, labelled, and barcoded correctly.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively arranged.

Operational Support:

Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Contribute to daily operations, including inventory management, store upkeep, and product display.
Actively welcome, greet, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product recommendations tailored to customer tastes, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
Keep customers informed about sales, promotions, and store policies.

Skills and Requirements

Proven 1+ years working experience in retail sales.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
A keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
Problem-solving abilities, especially when handling customer complaints.
Own transport to the store is required.
