Introduction Bureau Veritas Inspectorate Laboratories is recruiting a permanent Results Coordinator.
This position is based at Richards Bay Alton laboratory and will be reporting to the Laboratory Manager.

Minimum Requirements National certificate/ Matric passed Fluent English read and write Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Job Specification Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate the accuracy, quality and throughput of results and communicate with the supervisors and initiate corrective actions were applicable Maintain SHEQ requirements, policies and procedures ISO (17025 ,9001, 45001 and 14001) Maintaining the technical aspects of the quality management system.
Maintaining, reporting and evaluating of proficiency testing schemes and daily production.
Extensive knowledge of the LIMS system with regards to importing and extracting of results.
Monitoring of operational performance on daily bases Personnel training Schedule and Competency Monitoring and evaluating the LIMS system and making sure that it's working effective, and any issues addressed, this is to ensure that correct job numbers/clients are being used for schedule of samples.
Evaluate raw data generated by laboratory personnel, incorporate raw data into network where necessary.
Control of laboratory consumables Shall participate in root cause investigations regarding job queries, errors and repeats and implement selected corrective and or preventative actions.
To communicate clear, unambiguous work-related instructions to lab and prep staff Carrying out the duties of being the Technical Signatory by signing of final reports before gets reported to Head office Key Behavior Commitment to the company's Core Values, Code of Ethics and '3 Absolutes'.
