Restuarant Manager

Our client, a fast growing upmarket hospitality group, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and possess exceptional leadership skills and a hunger to build a new and soon to be loved family restaurant in an exceptional setting
Responsibilities*- Oversee daily restaurant operations- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Monitor food preparation and presentation- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Implement and uphold food safety standards- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly• Skills*- Staff recruitment and training- Bar management experience- Hospitality management skills- Proficient in food safety regulations- Strong kitchen management abilities- Effective leadership qualities- Knowledge of food service management practices- Experience in conducting interviews for hiring purposes- Cooking experience is a plus- Familiarity with various aspects of food service industry            -Out of the box business thinking, solution orientated
