Restaurant Supervisor required in Franschhoek - Unfortunately no virtual interviews - candidates must be able to interview at the restaurant in-person!
The following are essential requirements:

Previous experience in upmarket hotels/restaurants
Must have very good food & wine knowledge
Excellent command of English, verbal & written
Must have own transport
Must be able to work shifts

Guest liaison
Restaurant reservations and confirmations
