Must be able to work shifts and under pressure.

Candidates must have a proven track record in the Franchise Restaurant Industry and the following are the minimum requirements for the job:

3 years of restaurant management experience;
Good understanding of food preparation and presentation;
Excellent customer service and interaction;
Health, safety and hygiene standards;
Stock control, stock takes and management of cost of food;
A working knowledge of the BCEA, staff disciplinary rules and grievances.
