We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury boutique lodge in Limpopo. This dynamic role offers full autonomy in a high-profile restaurant, where your focus will be on maximising guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and maintaining top-tier service standards. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing stock and budgets, leading a team, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Requirements:
Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in F&B management
Proficient in MS Office
Strong people management skills and a commitment to excellence in guest service
Fluent in English with a polished, professional demeanor
Ability to manage stock, budgets, and exceed revenue targets
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient, high-standard service of food, beverages, and functions
Maintain cleanliness, guest service, and HACCP hygiene standards
Lead by example with a professional appearance and attitude
Handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism
Oversee stock checks, reporting, and seamless communication within the team
