Our client is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their exclusive luxury Asian restaurant. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.Responsibilities:Staff managementBudgetingInventory controlMaintaining compliance with health and safety regulationsMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or fine dining establishmentStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of Asian cuisine and premium dining operations is advantageousAbility to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitabilityA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesSalary: R25,000 - R28,000 per month.Experience: Between 3 - 5 Years
