We're committed to providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a leader who shares our passion Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Addo, Eastern Cape Preferred Qualifications:   Certification in Food Safety and Hospitality Management is advantageous Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Familiarity with local health and safety regulations Minimum Qualification Criteria: Matric 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Basic accounting and financial management skills Roles and Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Analyze sales data and adjust operations accordingly Train and develop staff to enhance performance and knowledge Monitor and control labour and operational costs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
