Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Park Lodge Hotel. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent management skills and a strong background in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage and lead staff effectively
Ensure high standards of customer service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Manage inventory and restaurant supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Create staff rosters and manage shift schedules

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – Mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management
Fluent in English and at least one other South African official language
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to work shifts
Background in hospitality
A hospitality qualification is an added advantage
