Restaurant Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining operations at their prestigious 5-star Game Lodge.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences, managing restaurant staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality in a unique and natural environment.
Requirements: Micros System Experience required 3 years experience in a management position in a restaurant / hotel Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet Well spoken and presented individual Strong leader who can oversee employees Grade 12 and computer literate Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable Duties: Train, motivate, and manage all restaurant staff Assist with queries and guest complaints Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff Staff rostering Maintain and achieve restaurant targets Conduct monthly stock takes
