Restaurant Manager Area: Strand, Somerset West, Cape TownPackage: R17000 plus benefits (Medical aid, Provident Fund and performance bonus)Purpose of position: A Casual Dining restaurant in the Strand, Somerset West area, is looking for a Restaurant Manager with good supervisory skillsDuties:Opening and closing of restaurantDaily management of staff, operations and trainingStaff management, training and developmentStock ManagementManage kitchen, customer service, health and safety, equipment maintenance and administrationEnsure high standards of quality and safetyEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation Skills, experience and qualifications:Fully bilingual.Matric / Grade 12Diploma in Hospitality highly advantageousMinimum 3 years recent experience in a restaurant supervisory role A MUSTOwn vehicle requiredHigh level of computer literacy required (MS Excel a must)Must have own vehicleClear Criminal Record Working hours:Mondays – Fridays from 7am – 19h00 pm – one day off every 2nd week.Weekends: 6am – 18h00 pm bi-weekly, off every second weekend  .
