Role Overview:
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at TradeON, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a designated KFC restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality products, prompt service, and a clean, inviting restaurant environment.
4. Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost management, strategic pricing, and proactive sales initiatives.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to KFC brand standards and food safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
6. Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, participating in community events and initiatives to build positive relationships and enhance brand visibility.
7. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Strong business acumen and analytical abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage financial performance and drive profitability.
Exceptional customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to every guest.
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field will be advantageous.
