Restaurant Duty Manager - Umhlanga

An exclusive property in Umhlanga is looking for an energetic and professional Restaurant Duty Manager to join their Team.
The Duty Manager will be responsible for the restaurant and bar outlets of the establishment.
Requirements
At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role in within the hospitality and restaurant industry
Tertiary studies in hospitality management would be an advantage
Ability to lead and motivate the food and beverage employees, striving to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
Skilled in food and beverage operation, managing restaurant and bar outlets
Experience in stock control, stock take, staff rostering and implementing training programs to develop staff skills
Knowledgeable of POS systems, administration and day end procedures
Keen attention to detail in service quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Good interpersonal and time management skills
