Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment is on the look for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee operations, staff, and customer satisfaction for a plant-based restaurant chain across three outlets. This role will play a key part in maintaining high standards of service, promoting brand values, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with the brand's plant-based mission.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for all three outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and customer experience.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, emphasizing plant-based culinary standards and presentation.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure outlets meet safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to promote teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
Lead team meetings, performance evaluations, and implement incentive programs to enhance staff morale and retention.
Create and support training programs on plant-based offerings, customer service, and health protocols.
Manage budget for each outlet, including cost control on food, labor, and supplies to achieve financial goals.
Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and profitability improvements.
Report monthly KPIs to senior management and recommend strategies for financial growth.
Ensure effective stock management, ordering, and inventory control, especially with seasonal or perishable plant-based ingredients.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, optimize delivery schedules, and maintain quality in all ingredients.
Act as the main point of contact for customer feedback, addressing issues promptly and implementing improvements.
Ensure each outlet maintains a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, reflecting the brand's commitment to health and sustainability.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Represent the brand at industry events and foster partnerships with local businesses to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably within the plant-based, vegan, or health-focused restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a history of developing successful teams.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Knowledge of health and food safety regulations, with a commitment to sustainability and plant-based values.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills.
