We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in Witbank, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the development and implementation of the Responsible Sourcing Standards, Vendor Management and to ensure sustainability and management of the entire vendor management database.
The execution of the responsibilities of this role must be undertaken in line with the Glencore Values and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities: Implementing responsible sourcing through supply chain due diligence on new and existing suppliers, including human rights, modern slavery, and environmental perspectives.Managing the Know Your Counterparty (KYC) process for new and existing vendors and the reporting of all KYC.Compiling and analysing mandatory supplier documentation, such as transaction forms and questionnaires.Internal and external stakeholder training on all vendor management requirements.Producing regular reports on all key KPIs on the full vendor management life cycle.Working with and assisting the supply team on vendor management projects and enquiries.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain (responsible sourcing, supply chain due diligence, compliance, KYC and Vendor management and compliance).Drills into the detail of issues to determine root cause.
Considers urgency, important, risk and reward factors.Ability to take the lead, set objectives, sequence processes/initiatives/projects, and organise resources to manage risk and achieve objectives.Carefully and objectively analyses and evaluates information to inform decisions and key actions.Initiates and builds long-term trust relations with all stakeholders in the business.Start your application by clicking the "begin" button.
