Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Every day you will… Identifying, approaching, and attracting prospect candidates within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategiesConsistently hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's in order to exceed targetsAttending client briefings and feedback calls to develop understanding around client requirements and suitable profilesReviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing potential candidatesTo thrive in this role, you must ideally have… Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account ManagementEvidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilienceA demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalismComputer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline researchAttention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and remain customer focusedJoin us and make a difference!
