Award winning Resort and Spa in the Drakensburg in need of an Experienced Manager Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort and spa. Oversee staff management and development. Ensure excellent guest experiences and satisfaction. Manage the facilities budget effectively. Coordinate food & beverage services and health spa operations. Maintain general upkeep and maintenance of the resort. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification beneficial. Minimum 3 years experience in a large Resort Manager position. Previous experience with Timeshare. Must have HR & IR experience in managing staff. Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Deadline oriented and ability to work under pressure. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Valid RSA ID and Driver's License. Food & Beverage and Health Spa experience beneficial. General maintenance knowledge/background. NOTE: Position offers a 3-bed family accommodation.
