DUTIES:
Source prospective tenants
Handle rental queries
Arrange and attend viewings
Collect required documentation (applications, FICA, etc.)
Execute move-in and move-out inspections
Identify and follow up on all maintenance issues

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years relevant experience
Experience dealing with tenants and owners
Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
Computer literate
Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority member
PDE4 advantage
Own transport
Willing / able to work after hours and / or week-ends
