As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Birdhaven is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Residential Estate Bookkeeper based at an Estate in Broad Acres, Johannesburg.
Requirements (but not limited to)

Manage accounts payable and reconciliations
Loading of supplier payments
Experience in processing month end journals
Reconciliation of various accounts including balance sheet accounts
Support the annual audit process by providing documentation and resolving queries
Ability to note minutes of meetings once a month
Handling and resolving homeowner queries

Qualifications & experience

Bookkeeping qualification
5 or more years' experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Own transport
