Role Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions as an Apprenticeship Trainer to apprentices in residential childcare.
Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in residential childcare.
Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach.
Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential childcare management (Essential)
Recognised teaching or training qualification (Essential)
Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in residential childcare (Essential)
Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach (Essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)
Commitment to continuous improvement in your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer (Essential)
