Resident Engineer

Our client is seeking a seasoned Professional Resident Engineer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in overseeing construction projects, upholding top-quality standards, and managing on-site operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for effectively coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements: · BEng /BSc /BTech in Civil Engineering · Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist.
· Minimum of 7 years post-registration experience on civil infrastructure projects.
Duties & Responsibilities: · Ensure quality and precision in prototype and design drawings.
· Offer technical expertise in the development of project implementation plans and standard contractual documents.
· Provide professional quality control throughout project execution.
· Aim to reduce project costs and optimize value, while upholding regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
· Identify and analyze potential issues, recommending viable solutions.
· Prepare specifications, proposals, and other tender documentation.
