If youre ready to take on a leadership role and drive the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, apply now to join a team that values innovation, quality, and precision Requirements · A minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision, construction management, and contract administration, including roles such as Clerk of Works, Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, or Site Agent on large-scale bulk civil engineering projects. · Professional registration with ECSA and/or SACPCMP. · Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OH&S), environmental regulations, and their practical applications on construction sites. · Proficiency in using MS Projects for project scheduling and management. Duties include but are not limited to: · Be a versatile professional with experience working across multiple disciplines, including building, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical contractors, with a deep understanding of technical challenges and construction processes. · Take full responsibility for site management and overseeing the implementation of the project. · Ensure the coordination of all services on-site to prevent conflicts or clashes between different systems and services. · Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings, construction completion reports, and all related project documentation.
