Resident Engineer

Requirements: · Must have professional registration from a recognized body within the Built Environment, such as PrTechni, PrTech, PrEng, or PrCPM, will be an advantage. · At least 10 to 15 years of experience in site supervision, construction management, and contract administration, including roles such as Clerk of Works, Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, or Site Agent on large-scale bulk civil engineering projects. · Familiarity with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, environmental regulations, and their practical applications. · Expertise in civil services, including bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater, water, and sewer systems. · Own transport suitable for use for site work.
