Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues as they arise.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work and adherence to engineering practices.Address and resolve any technical challenges that may occur during construction.Support project bidding processes and assist in evaluating contractor proposals. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (BEng, BSc or BTech).Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is a plus.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the engineering environment.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
