Resident Engineer

Requirements:BSc/BTech in Civil EngineeringRegistered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Technologist/Civil EngineerMinimum 5 years' Post Graduate experience in a Civil Engineering and/or a Construction Management RoleMinimum 2 years' experience working on SANRAL projectsLabour Intensive Construction NQF 5 qualification is advantageousExperience as an RE, ARE or Construction related role (e.g. site agent) will be favourable.Proficient in contract administration.Proficient in preparing programmes including monitoring, updating and tracking progress.Understand how to prepare an estimate and cashflow forecast.Fully au fait with the COLTO Standard Specifications.Well versed with the various forms of general conditions of contract, experience with the GCC 2015 and FIDIC Contracts will be advantageous.
