Who We Are: Nestled in the heart of the renowned Sabi Sands Nature Reserve, offers an incredible safari experience.
What You'll Do: As Reservations Executive, you will be at the heart of guest experience, managing inquiries, bookings, and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed for our VIP guests. Your role will include:
Responding to guest queries with finesse via phone and email
Booking accommodation, flights, transfers, and excursions
Managing availability, reservations, and updates on our systems
Maintaining strong relationships with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring all requests are met
Working alongside lodge operations to ensure flawless guest experiences and smooth booking processes
What We're Looking For: We need someone with the following qualities:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar reservations role, ideally in lodges
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – you'll be the voice of Ulusaba!
Customer service extraordinaire – always ready to go above and beyond
Organisational ninja – managing multiple tasks while keeping things cool under pressure
Financial awareness – invoicing, payments, and managing bookings like a pro
Flexible & proactive – ready to jump in where needed and keep the team spirit high
A sense of fun – understanding the Virgin way of doing things and keeping things lighthearted but professional
Realistic expectations of bush life – a genuine love for the environment and the safari lifestyle!
