As a Reservations Executive, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience to come when they arrive!What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesWhat you will be doing:Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter group rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemReconfirm arrivals for the two day and ensure No-show are negligibleEnsure guest calls are answered as per SOP and focus on direct call conversionLQA score to be 80 plus at current workplace and the same benchmark for SMBKCShould be a team player and be open to learning and adapting to the changesQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Guest focused personality is essentialEducation Qualification: BA in Hospitality/ Hotel management or equivalent programGraduate or having an equivalent degree from a reputed educational institutionAdditional InformationExperience is an asset:1 year at least worked in ReservationPrior experience working with Opera or Opera CloudStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
