Reservations Consultant

We are currently seeking a new team member to work as a Reservations for our Queenstown Operation.Are you looking for a career in Customer Service? As part of our close-knit team, you will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire for excellence in all that you do. You will be working at our Head Office in Remarkables Park, booking and selling Southern Discoveries products over the phone and via email. You will also help out at our Central Queenstown Retail outlet, coordinating our morning coach dispatch, and selling tourism products to visitors, so there is plenty of variety in the role.To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and attributes:Passion for delivering great customer service and an outstanding visitor experienceCalm and organised, with outstanding attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate, with experience in booking systems an advantageStrong team player, but also able to work autonomously once you are trained on our systemsProfessional, punctual, and reliableThis is a full-time, permanent position, guaranteed 40 hours per week over a 7-day roster, which will include weekends and public holidays, and some early mornings/evenings. You will be given full training and the job has plenty of variety in a fun and supportive team.
