Job Description: A luxury lodge & hotel group is seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant to manage daily administrative tasks related to reservations.
The role involves responding to customer queries via phone and email, assisting with reservation processes, and supporting the reservations manager with various duties.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a reservations department or similar role for multiple propertiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, and Opera (preferred)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and as part of a teamGood problem-solving abilities and a flexible, dynamic approachValid RSA ID and a professional appearance
