Job Description: A luxury lodge & hotel group is seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant to manage daily administrative tasks related to reservations. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone and email, assisting with reservation processes, and supporting the reservations manager with various duties. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a reservations department or similar role for multiple properties Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, and Opera (preferred) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Good problem-solving abilities and a flexible, dynamic approach Valid RSA ID and a professional appearance
