Reservations Consultant - Car Rental

We are looking for a quick-thinking, customer-focused professional with excellent English communication skills, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, for a growing Car Rental Company.
You will be required to efficiently handle high volumes of incoming calls with a focus on providing outstanding customer service, process reservations accurately and swiftly, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients and handle all car rental related queries.
Job Requirements: Matic Certificate Some Car Rental experience is preferred but not essential Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Speed and efficiency on the phone, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a calm and organized manner.
Computer literate A valid Driver's License A stable and continuous work history Contactable references You will need the following documents to apply.
