Reservations Agent

We are seeking a motivated, Detail oriented individual to join our company as a Reservations Agent.
You will be required to service customer accommodation request in a timeous and professional manner. The role operates during business hours Monday- Saturday and is based in Durban
Our ideal candidate has impeccable phone and Email manners. Strong communication and customer service Skills and keen attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to email and phone call request for hotel accommodation with customers
Interact with various hotel suppliers on booking request and confirmations
Work on company system and supplier websites to procure accommodation
Ensure customers' needs are exceeded on every request
Compiling operational reports
Qualification

Min qualification post grade 12 Diploma
Excellent phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills needed : MS office applications – CRM experience
Attention to detail and ability to deliver customer request timeously
Highly proficient in English and at least one other language
Min 2 years' experience handling reservations (central reservations desk experience is a plus)
