Large Hospitality Travel and Tourism Industry is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position as a Reservationist.Purpose of the PositionTo satisfy reservations requests through booking holidays for members.Key Performance AreasContact members on outbound Campaigns to secure ReservationsYou will be given 50 hot leads a day, in which you are required to call and close as many of those sales as possible. If you exhaust your 50 leads, more leads will be given at your request.All administration documents to be sent to the customer via email after concluded sale (Banking details, deposit amount, Guest Certificate etc)Deals with holiday requests via face to face, telephonic or written correspondence.Understanding each member's needsSource stock and book holidays accordinglyEnsure that the guest receive the accommodation he / she is expectingUpselling, or offering a longer holiday experience and Add-Ons (eg horse riding, spa treatments) to the customer.Meet a talk time target of 5 Hours per dayFollow the given inbound and outbound script with every call and reach a TQC target of 8.0Competencies RequiredTarget drivenAccurate, organised and able to multitaskExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Bilingual would be an advantageStrong customer services orientation and influencing skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsWell presented with excellent elocution and conscious of brand representationAbility to work under pressureDependableQualifications & ExperienceMS Office and Electronic MailKnowledge of all club portfolios under First Group especially Rentals1 year sales experience required
