Job DescriptionThe Research Analyst is responsible for carrying out research studies. Gathers and analyses statistical data to provide strategic insight to the business forecasting process within area of responsibility.
Manage own costs and expenses associated with role to enhance cost effectiveness.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to all relevant stakeholders throughout the business and broadcast media.Initiate and manage consumer marketing research, data mining, and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitiveness.Forecasting, analyses, and documentation of economic conditions affecting industry and/or business groups of FNB.Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.Manage own development to increase own competencies.Skills Needed Good researcherData analysisHigh attention to detailInquisitiveOrganizedLogicalReliableJob DetailsAll appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
