A highly reputable South African financial services group has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Systems Inspector – IT Audit within their Financial Surveillance Department. Position Overview: The main purpose of this position is to provide financial insights, knowledge, and expertise to the departments of the group to ensure commercially sound decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: Finalise and authorise reports emanating from transaction data analyses.Engage with internal and external stakeholders.Lead the annual inspections planning process to ensure focus on high-risk areas.Provide training on accepted inspection procedures.Ensure that work is completed within established inspection best practices, processes, rules, and regulations.Proactively broaden knowledge and keep abreast of changes in technology, policies, and regulations.Role-specific Requirements To be considered for this position, one must have: A completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT) Auditing or an equivalent NQF7 qualification.At least 5 to 8 years' relevant experience performing General IT Control Reviews, IT Security Reviews and/or IT Governance and Data Analysis, preferably in the Financial Sector Environment.A Certified Information Systems Audit (CISA) certification, required.Knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance Practices and Standards.Knowledge of The Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) frameworks.If you meet all the requirements specified above, and interested to further the process, kindly send your detailed CV to Patricia Jacobs ******
