Our Client is Looking for a Reporting Manager to join their team.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely transactional reporting for the organization.Develop and maintain best practice processes within the team to meet objectives.Define the correct treatment per IFRS and Global Accounting guidelines.Advise on the appropriate accounting processes, GL accounts, and compliance measures.Monitor adherence to set policies and processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.Manage the intercompany process within the Group, including dispute resolution and compliance monitoring.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Support the Manager: Record to Report with global accounting and reporting requirements.Manage the relationship between the central shared service and key customers within the wider Group.Oversee a team of Controllers and Accountants, ensuring efficient management and performance.Establish and monitor reconciliation processes and reports.Key SkillsStrong leadership and people management abilities.Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.Innovative and self-driven, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.Proficiency in financial and accounting reporting, with a solid understanding of management information systems (SAP, BPC, and Wdesk) and commercial principles.Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.Experience in using SAP.Ability to work on a hybrid model, with a requirement to be at the Stellenbosch office at least 3-4 days a week.Managerial experience – team size up to 5.QualificationsMinimum requirement of CA(SA) accreditation.Completion of articles at a major auditing firm.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including people management.
