Reporting Financial Manager

A globally recognized industry leader, known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence in the manufacturing, mining, and construction sectors, is currently looking for a Reporting Financial Manager to permanently manage their finance team. This role is focused on leading financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic insights within a multinational environment. Duties: Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate results in line with local and global requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and improve reporting processes. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and development. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold best practices in financial management. Engage with senior leadership to provide insightful analysis and financial guidance. Qualifications & Skills: CA(SA) qualification with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience. Strong background in financial reporting within the manufacturing, mining, or construction industry.
