This role is focused on leading financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic insights within a multinational environment. Duties:Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate results in line with local and global requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and improve reporting processes.Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and development.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold best practices in financial management.Engage with senior leadership to provide insightful analysis and financial guidance. Qualifications & skills:CA(SA) qualification with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.Strong background in financial reporting within the manufacturing, mining, or construction industry.At least 5 years of experience managing a finance team, ideally within a multinational environment.
