Purpose Statement To prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and enabling the business to create sustainable value by gathering financial information that provides insights that support key decision-making. Experience Minimum: 2 - 5 years post-article relevant experience in financial accounting dealing specifically with IFRS reporting work. Ideal: Experience in IFRS reporting within a banking environment. Qualifications (Minimum) Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting. Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting. Knowledge Minimum: IFRS and emerging IFRS issues. Ideal: Credit risk theory and provisioning. Skills Communication Skills. Planning, organising, and coordination skills. Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills. Attention to Detail. Problem-solving skills.
