You'll design, develop, and implement these tools to enhance our financial processes and support our business strategy.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, ensuring our financial systems are best-in-class.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing them with the financial data and analysis needed to drive strategic initiatives.Experience & Qualifications:Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a financial management, financial business analyst, FP&A, reporting, or planning role, with specific responsibility over reporting or planning processes such as monthly or year-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills. Experience in building financial models and reporting applications is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
