Reporting Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, financial reports, and project budgets.Oversee the financial management of property development projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and budget control.Collaborate with project managers to develop, monitor, and revise project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.Conduct variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve project profitability.Support the finance team in cash flow management, cost allocation, and financial forecasting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including senior management and investors.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
