Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) certificateRelevant diploma or degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field - requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the property industryExperience working with Bodies Corporate, Home Owners Associations, or other community schemesValid drivers license and own reliable vehicleAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if requiredStrong ethical standards and integrityKey Responsibilities:General office administration, including opening and managing Job Cards for R&M requests and insurance claimsLiaising with contractors for quotes and job progress updatesCollecting and providing necessary information to Trustees/ExCom for contractor appointmentsFollowing up on completion of R&M jobs and ensuring proper documentationObtaining approvals from Trustees/ExCom/Owners for contractor paymentsSubmitting approved invoices to the Finance Department and ensuring timely paymentsMaintaining and updating job cards in the RMO SystemScheduling and managing appointments with Building Managers, Caretakers, Trustees, and ExComAttending Trustee and General Meetings as requiredAssisting owners with queries and supporting Trustees/ExCom on scheme-related mattersCoordinating access to common property or units between contractors, owners, and Trustees/ExComConducting site visits and providing reports as required**Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted **
