Key Responsibilities Diagnostics and Repairs: Inspect and diagnose issues with cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums. Perform timely and accurate repairs, replacements, and adjustments.Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.Document maintenance schedules and completed tasks. Customer Support:Provide technical guidance and usage recommendations to customers. Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues remotely when necessary. Inventory Management: Monitor parts inventory and place orders for necessary components. Maintain organized and secure storage of tools and parts. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements during repairs and maintenance. Keep workspaces clean, organized, and hazard-free. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts usage. Generate service reports and submit them promptly. Qualifications Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a repair technician, preferably in cleaning equipment or related industries. Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
