Job Overview: A oven-repair & cleaning company in Durban is looking for a Repair Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair work, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and delivering excellent client service. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise repair technicians and allocate tasks accordingly Inspect and test damaged or faulty equipment Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards Manage inventory of parts and equipment Communicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide updates Train new technicians on repair techniques and safety procedures Requirements (non-negotiable) Technical experience Be client-focused Possess a valid driver's license Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
