Seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage and oversee rental properties Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties. Conduct property viewings, inspections, and ensure properties meet high standards. Handle tenant and owner queries and expertly manage lease agreements. Perform market analysis to set competitive rental rates. Coordinate timely property maintenance and repairs. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rental Agent. Proficiency in operating RAMS (WeConnectU) software. Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management. Strong understanding of the South African rental and sales market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in property management software. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
