Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties (200 units) with a focus on financial administration. Perform account reconciliations, handle rental income, and manage tenant billing and expense allocation. Utilize WeConnectU and Excel to maintain accurate records and provide monthly financial reports. Address tenant queries, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property rental management, with a focus on portfolios of 200 units. Proficiency in Excel and WeConnectU software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing financial aspects of property administration. Solid experience in account reconciliation and financial management.
