Salary depends on experience.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (B.
Eng./B.Tech.
)Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or close to achieving registration.Demonstrated consulting engineering skills and relevant experience.Proficiency and hands-on experience in renewable energy projects, particularly in Solar PV and battery storage solutions.Experience in Building Electrical Installations and general Electrical Reticulation will be advantageous.Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in electrical engineering principles.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to renewable energy.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Experience in Building Electrical Installations and general Electrical Reticulation will be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Conduct investigations, design, and provide supervision for electrical engineering projects.Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients.Lead and contribute to renewable energy projects with a focus on Solar PV and Battery Storage Solutions.Design UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units and standby generator systems.Contribute to Green Building Design initiatives.
